Lightest Yonex Badminton Shoes

The new lightweight design enables you to have superior footwork and allows you to endure longer rallies, reducing your lethargy levels as compared to conventional badminton shoes.

POWER CUSHION+ (for shock absoption)

Fitted with the new Yonex Power Cushion Plus, the Aerus Z provides an extra 28% shock absorption compared to its previous model, and 62% more badminton footwork repulsion.

This is good news if you're suffering from knee problems. If you're playing competitively, the extra shock absorption and repulsion allows you to bring your game closer to the next level!

Power Graphite Drive (for stability)

Despite the light weight of the Aerus Z, it is equipped with a Power Graphite sheet at the base of the shoes. You'll experience greater stability and more lateral support while moving around the badminton court.

Manufacturer Description

Yonex’s lightest shoe at 240g for faster footwork with power and cushioning.

How to Choose the Right Shoe Size?

  1. For the best accuracy, use (CM) as your benchmark.
  2. CM measures the length between the back of your heels to your largest toe.
  3. It's always a better choice to buy a shoe that is slightly loose than buying a shoe that is slightly tight. Because you can always wear thicker socks to make your foot bigger.

Consistently comfortable

I also own the blue Aerus Z; bought this pair just so I can switch back and forth and not wear one pair out too quickly. Both are amazingly light and comfortable, highly recommend.

Lightweight and agile

I tried both the 65Z 2 and Aerus on instore. I have slightly wide feet and thought the Aerus would be too narrow. It was OK and I actually thought it was a more comfortable shoe (even though I like the look of the 65Z 2 in the 75th anniversary edition). I bought the Aerus. I wore it around the house and the shoe broke in after a few hours. I've played a couple of hours in them and they are super comfortable and so light. They feel very supportive too. I like the fit. Great purchase.
